Lumbar: This is commonly called as lower back pain. It caused due to bad posture and most of the time, sedentary lifestyle can be held responsible for it. This is the most common type of back pain in human. The main reason for this is sit in front of computers as well as other works, which is doing by sitting on a chair for a long time.
