Every guest is unique. Our doctors discuss your health goals, concerns and preferences before recommending the most suitable programme for you.
Yes. Every guest receives an individual consultation with one of our experienced Ayurveda doctors, who will understand your needs and recommend suitable treatments, therapies and wellness practices.
Yes. Your programme is doctor-guided and the treatment plan can be adjusted according to your condition, response and treatment needs.
A minimum stay of 3 days is recommended. Many guests choose 7, 14 or 21 days, while longer stays can be arranged based on your health goals, availability and doctor's recommendations.
Inclusions depend on the package and room selected. The package cards above show the included accommodation, Ayurvedic care, treatments, meals, yoga and other services.
Internal medicines may be provided as needed during your stay according to your doctor's recommendations and the requirements of your programme.
Elephant Pass is approximately 15 km from Kochi International Airport, around 25 minutes by road.
Yes. Private airport transfers can be arranged upon request. Complimentary airport pickup and drop are available for eligible 7+ night package stays.
Our accommodation includes Prakriti Standard, Vibhava Deluxe and Ananda Cottage, with riverside room options and Wi-Fi. Availability depends on your selected dates and room type.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons and popular wellness periods, to help secure your preferred accommodation and programme dates.

Bookings are confirmed after the advance payment communicated at the time of reservation. Your balance payment is due either 7 days before arrival or on arrival, as specified in your confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund

For standard non-peak dates, cancellation refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel. Refunds, where approved, are made to the same or specified payment method used for booking.

The advance amount is non-refundable.
Peak Season — Strict Policy 15 December to 10 January, plus long weekends and major holidays as notified by the resort: 30+ days before arrival carries a 50% charge; less than 30 days is 100% non-refundable.
